Megan came as a "Must Use" recommendation. Her initial evaluation of our home was crucial in our choosing her over other realtors. Megan had an effective strategy for selling our house, and it worked extremely well, resulting in offers the first day it was on the market, She helped us sort thru the different offers and gave the advice we needed to sell our home for the amount we had been expecting. Megan was great to work with. From our first encounter we felt comfortable with Megan, and she always took the time to answer our questions and help us get the house ready for market. We could not have done it without her help! The entire team worked diligently to get our house on the market, and then sold. We had several challenges in getting our house ready for sale. This took several months. During this time the market was in flux, and we had to make some difficult decisions on how best to proceed. Megan helped us devise a strategy the worked extremely well. Despite all the issues we were able to get our home sold quickly and for the amount we had been expecting. It worked extremely well, and we could not have got it done without Megan holding our hand every step of the way.

Megan came highly recommended to me from a friend. Since I was new to buying/selling my house, I met up with her. Upon our initial meeting I knew I wanted her to help me buy my first house. Megan was great! She was willing to set aside time while on vacation (and dealing with a sick family) to help me make a bid on the home I ended up getting!! I felt really bad about putting her in that position, but she was awesome, nothing but kind and professional. She also went to bat for me and helped me secure a lot of concessions from the seller. For that, I'll always recommend her to anyone needing a realtor!

Megan was amazing!! I was working with her from out of town and her communication was excellent. Timely response to my initial contact with Megan was very important to me. I had tried other realtors and was not getting responses to my requests for assistance. The house I sold was the first home I ever bought and this was over 20 years ago. I was a single woman living and working in South Bend. I ended up moving out of the state after only owning the home for a few years. It had been a rental ever since. My current tenants were friends of mine and knew Megan personally. They recommended her and I couldn't have been happier. Megan was extremely knowledgeable of the area and current market conditions. She understood my concerns and needs as I was out of state. She knew my tenants and was so helpful in making sure they were taken care of which was one of my top priorities. She was extremely professional and communicable. She is highly knowledgeable in her field. She was able to help us sort through the many offers and analyze the best ones for our circumstances. Our circumstances were fairly unique (mostly due to my concern for my tenants) and Megan was absolutely amazing and thoughtful in that respect. She assisted us when we had issues AFTER our closing and was able to get things corrected and made right. I truly enjoyed working with Megan. Megan has all the tools necessary for a successful career in selling. From the initial fact finding interview, the seemingly endless array of properties that she spent time researching and showing us, dealing with the sellers on our behalf, and arranging for repair work the sellers refused, and absorbing the cost of those repairs herself. During the twelve months that we were homeless we had six realtors spread out from the coast of Maine to New Hampshire, Maryland, and finally Indiana. Megan brought a young, vibrant approach to our search, and ultimate finding of our new home for which we are most grateful.
